5. In the box on the left,
WAP Setting
, your MMS settings are displayed and they are
specified automatically if you have selected one of the operators on the list.
This is where you should fill in your own information if you have selected
Others...
as an operator. These MMS settings are required in order for the camera to be able
to send MMS messages to mobile phones or e-mail accounts.
6. The box on the right,
Internet Setting
, is for your GPRS settings. The GPRS
settings are required in order for the camera to be able to send e-mails to e-mail
accounts.
We recommend that you create a new e-mail account exclusively for the camera.
Enter the name of the SMPT server for your Internet service provider (SEND EMAIL
SERVER), port, e-mail address from which the camera is to
send from
(SEND EMAIL
ADDRESS) and the password of the e-mail account (SEND EMAIL PASSWORD).
Contact you operator if you are unsure of the e-mail settings.
This is an example of the settings for using Gmail:
Do not forget to press the [ Advanced ] button
(the box below will appear) and tick the box for
SSL
if your operator requires this.
Press [ OK (Y) ] to save.
