Maintenance and Support

RetCam 3 and RetCam Shuttle User Manual

PN 18-000393 Rev. A

RetCam Shuttle Maintenance

This section describes the specific recommended process for fuse replacement and 
illumination lamp replacement for the RetCam Shuttle system. These activities are 
appropriate under the following conditions:

•

Blown fuse:

 Replace system fuses.

•

Burned out bulb:

 Replace the illumination bulb.

RetCam Shuttle Fuse Replacement

Do not replace the fuse until the system is completely shut down. Locate the 
power entry module on the lower right side of the rear of the cart (

Figure 152 

on page 160

). Make sure to remove the power cord before proceeding any 

further.

To replace the RetCam Shuttle fuse:

Using a flat blade screwdriver, gently pry open the cover of the fuse holder at the top of 
the power entry module (see 

Figure 153 on page 160

).
