EtherFast 10/100 LAN Card

5. When the Found New Hardware Wizard box appears, insert the LNE100TX 10/100 LAN Card Setup Utility CD

into your CD-ROM drive. In the “Copy manufacturer’s files from” field,

type D:\

, as shown in Figure 6-52, and

click the

button

6. The Driver File Search Results dialog box will appear, shown in Figure 6-53. Click the

Next

button to continue.

7. The

Completing the Found New Hardware Wizard

dialog box will appear, as shown in Figure 6-54. Click the

Finish

button to complete the installation.

8. Remove any disks from your drives.

The Windows 2000 driver installation is complete.

If you want to share files or printers, refer to your Windows 2000 documentation

IMPORTANT:

Before proceeding, ensure that you are operating Windows 2000

with administrative rights. If you log into Windows 2000 without administrative
rights, you may run into problems during the installation.

IMPORTANT:

Do not press Skip or Cancel or the drivers will not be installed!
