Note: The PIN verification on the terminal only allows two attempts because the system
will always process the default number first (“1234” for factory setting). Unless it
matches the PIN code of your SIM card, you will have to manually input the correct
PIN code. If you succeed, the PIN code you input will overwrite the factory setting
and become the default PIN code. If you fail two times, the PIN will be blocked.

Settings
>
Network and Dial-up Connections
. Tap and hold on “GPRS”,
and select [Connect]. If your dial-up configuration is correct, simply tap the
[Connect] button.
If you need to configure the dial-up settings, tap the [Dial Properties] button in the
Dial-Up Connection dialog box.
