ELECTRICAL RISKS
Risks of an electrical nature have been resolved during the equipment design stages, following - as far as concerns the
electrical systems - the dispositions of IEC Standard EN60204-1. Decals have been applied in proximity to those areas of
electrical risk and are as follows :
“HIGH VOLTAGE.“
NOISE RISKS
This type of risk has been resolved in that the noise values fall within the limits imposed by the standards in force.
Leq
<
70 dB (A)
Lpc
<
130 dB (C)
CAUTION!!
IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO TAMPER WITH OR REMOVE THE INSTALLED SAFETY DEVICES (PROTEC-
TION GRIDS, DECALS.....). THE MANUFACTURER ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE TO OBSERVE THIS
WARNING.
3.3 OPERATION LIMIT CHARACTERISTICS
OPERATION LIMITS
In the event of a failure in the power supply to the monobloc, proceed as follows:
If the power failure is minimal and lasts no more than 10-15 minutes, there will be no specific problems since, if the cold
room is well insulated, its temperature will be maintained. Avoid opening the door !!
-If the power failure lasts for more than 10-15 minutes, check that the temperature of the thermometer is not above the
operation threshold, then ensure over time that the produce in the cold room does not deteriorate. Insofar as is possible,
avoid opening the cold room door !!
STORAGE OF PRODUCE IN THE COLD ROOM
For monobloc optimum performance, follow the indications given below:
Before placing
produce in the cold room, wait until the monobloc thermometer has reached the previously set tempe-
rature.
Do not place
large quantities of produce in the cold room all at once. Produce should be loaded gradually over time.
Do not place
produce at too high temperatures in the cold room so as not to affect good conservation conditions
adversely
Place
produce with strong odours in the cold room only if conserved in bags, bottles, closed containers or containers
covered with protective film for foods.
Keep
cold room door opening and opening times to a minimum
Ensure
that, during produce storage, the inlet and outlet for air moved by the evaporator are not obstructed (see the
figure opposite).
