Ensure that the wall is externally supported before adding the second row of display cubes. See 2.2.6 Step 6 -
Apply Permanent External Support, on page 2-12 .
1. Add the second row, beginning with the centre and working outward. Complete these steps for each
enclosure in the next row.
a. Using safe and approved lifting methods, install the next display cube over the lower cube
approaching it from the back.
b. Once it is resting on the frame of the lower cube, slide the display cube forward until it is in position.
c. Align the top and bottom display cube until all edges are flush and mounting holes are aligned.
d. Using 6 M6 x 75mm screws (4 for the
CC50) with washers and hex nuts secure
the upper display cube to the one below.
Hand-tighten the hardware at this point to
allow small adjustments while other
display cubes are added to that row.
e. Using 4 M6 x 75mm screws with washers
and hex nuts, secure the cube to the one
adjacent to it. Hand tighten the display
cubes together.
2. Check alignment between all display cubes and
adjust, as required.
3. Tighten all hardware between top and bottom
display cubes before adding the next row of
display cubes.
4. Continue adding additional rows until all
display cubes are installed.
5. Install Christie Nameplate (component in
User’s Kit ) in the top-right corner of the far-
right pedestal, as shown in Figure 2-11 .
