Your UPS
To ensure that your Sinergy SE II Series UPS model and serial number are registered, complete and mail
the enclosed postage-paid warranty card or go on line at www.chloride-na.com.

Please check with technical services before attempting to repair or return any Chloride product. If an
Chloride product needs repair or replacement, Technical Service issues a Return Material Authorization
(RMA) number along with instructions on how to return the product.
