4.  Wipe the fitting face of the filter cover clean with a rag, so

that the new fuel filter can be seated property.

5.

Lightly oil the O-ring and turn in the fuel filter until the sealing

face is fitted against the O-ring. Further turn 2/3 turns with

the filter wrench.

6.

Operate the priming pump on the water separator several times to bleed fuel 
system air.

7.

Start the engine with starter switch. 

8.

If the engine does not start within ten seconds, repeat bleeding operation.
