Maintenance and Upkeep

Brake pedal

Check the free movement of the

brake pedal.

Turn the engine off, step on the brake

pedal for several times, so as to make

the vacuum escape from the braking

system. Press the brake pedal slightly

by hand, until you can feel slight

resistance

force.

Measure

the

movement distance of the brake

pedal. Please have it checked and

adjusted by the nearest Chery

Authorized Service Station in time, if

the free movement of the brake pedal

does not accord with your driving

habit.

Clutch pedal

Clutch pedal does not have free

movement; if you feel it has, please

have it checked by Chery Authorized

Service Station or repair shop.

You can check the hand brake travel,

by means of recording the frequency

of ―click‖, from releasing position to

applying totally position. You should

apply hand brake firmly while

driving on steep slope. If the

Chery Authorized Service Station or

repair shop.
