PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
Machine will not start. Door not closed.
Main switch is off.
Unit is unplugged. Clear door of any obstructions.
Check disconnect or main circuit.
Plug unit back into wall outlet.
Low or no water. Main water supply is
turned off.
Turn on house water supply.
Chemicals are not entering
dishwasher.
Chemical supply container
is low or empty.
Pick-up tubing is kinked
or split.
Screen on pick-up tube is
clogged.
Pick-up tubing is clogged.
Replace or fill chemical supply
container.
Straighten or replace tubing.
Clean and/or replace screen.
Clear obstruction and flush with
hot water.
Poor pumped spray
pressure.
Clogged spray arms or
nozzles.
Clogged scrap screen.
Clear obstruction and flush with

Troubleshooting
Poor wash results. Detergent pick-up tube in
wrong container.
Wash water temperature
too low.
Wares incorrectly loaded
in rack.
No detergent.
Detergent set too low.
Place pick-up tube into the
correct container.
Have wash thermostat adjusted
by service agent.
Use correct racks and load
dishes without nesting.
Replace/refill detergent container.
Have chemical representative
calibrate setting.
Cycle times increasing
with each load.
Incoming water
temperature too low.
Raise incoming water
temperature.
