INTRODUCTION
Congratulations on your purchase of a CFR Cascade
20 Series Cleaning System. The CASCADE 20 Series
Cleaning Stations are the industry’s most powerful and ver-
satile systems for the cleaning of carpets, hard surfaces,
upholstery, and modular office panels.
The Cascade P20-SP, self-propelled cord electric model,
and Cascade P20 wand systems, are high efficiency clean-
ing systems. Standard CFR hoses and tools can be used
with all Cascade P20 models.
This manual has been provided, along with a training video,
to provide instructions on the use and care of the Cascade
system. The Cascade is intended for use only as described
in the manual and training video with recommended attach-
ments and chemicals. All operators of the equipment must
watch the video and read the manual before using the
equipment.

Parts and Service
The Cascade is covered by CFR’s Preventative
Maintenance Program which is designed to maintain the
Cascade on a quarterly basis. The program focuses on:
inspecting the equipment, replacing covered parts as
required, and identifying potential situations where a more
in-depth service or training may be required.
If service is required, it must be performed by an autho-
rized CFR repair center. Contact your local dealer or call
1.800.533.2557 for the location of a repair center.
Serial Number
The serial number of the machine is located on the name-
plate, located next to pressure regulator. This information
is needed when ordering parts or scheduling repairs. Fill in
