Breaking Caliper

Front Caliper Removal

Loose the front caliper LH mounting bolt [A] and

remove the caliper from break disc [B]

Loose the front caliper RH mounting bolt

[D]

and

remove the caliper from break disc

[E]

Rear Caliper Removal

Use display stand to lift up the rear wheel.

Remove: Cottor pin [A] and rear wheel axel nut [B]

Pull out the rear wheel axel [C]

Saperate the caliper from rear breaking disc [D]

Install rear caliper and breaking hose lower side.

○

Replase the washer on the hose each side into new.

Tighten torque

Check the oil level in breaking fluid reservior.

Drain out the air of the breaking pipe

(See air draining chapter)

Inspect the breaking performance to see the leaking.

CAUTION

Immediately wash away any brake fluid
that spills

Danger

Inspect the breaking performance before
driving or it may cause accident.
