b)
Connect the tubing to the drain (rinse out) channel of the
rinse station.
The drain (rinse out) channel is the side with a single reservoir,
and is opposite of the security bracket.
c)
Connect the other end of the tubing to the Y-connector.
The drain (rinse out) channel is split into two channels to ensure
maximum evacuation of the rinse solution. Refer to diagram 3-2
as needed.
d)
Connect two 3-1/2 inch lengths of Superthane
®
tubing to
the remaining two sides of the Y-connector.
e)
Connect the other ends to the top rear channel and top
front channel of the Viton® pump tubing.
f)
Connect two 3-1/2 inch lengths of Superthane
®
tubing to
the bottom front and bottom rear channels of the Viton®
pump tubing.
g)
Connect the other ends to the Y-connector.
The drain (rinse out) channel is combined into a single channel
for your waste reservoir.
h)
Connect the 84 inch length of Superthane
®
tubing to the
remaining end of the Y-connector.
Insert the other end of the tubing to the waste reservoir. Ensure
that the tubing outlet is placed in the waste container so that it
will not be immersed in the waste solution. Immersion of the
drain tube outlet may cause the waste solution to back up and
overflow.
i)
Snap the rinse station into place and secure to the
chassis with the screw.
