Digital inputs
RS485 serial port (AR1034 9600bps, AR2040 115200bps)
AO1037. 4 open collector outputs. This wiring
diagram is also valid for the open collector mod-
ules with 1 or 2 outputs. The load resistances
(Rc) must be designed so that the close contact
current is lower than 100mA; the VDC voltage
must be lower than or equal to 30VDC.
2-wire connection. Other WM5-96 (a) provided with RS485 are con-
nected in parallel (b) . Serial RS485-RS232 converter.
Termination of the serial port (T) : it’s carried out only on the last
instrument of the network, by means of a jumper between (Rx+) and
(T).
4-wire connection. Other WM5-96 (a) provided with RS485 are col-
lected in parallel (b). Serial RS485-RS232 converter.
Terminatio of the serial port (T) : it is carried out only on the last
instrument of the network, by means of a jumper between (Rx+) and
(T).
