Data exchange
It is possible to connect two channel generators G38900014 and transfer addresses from one network to the
other.
The configuration matrix <Two Dupline networks> is needed, when two Master Generators are connected
via the communication cable. Entering “1” in the desired address performs selection of the channel-status
from the other network. It is not possible to transfer the same channel-status both ways. The same channel
can only be “selected” in one of the networks.
Matrix for Dupline Network 1
Dupline Network 1 will receive the channel-status “A1” from Dupline Network 2.
In this case, Dupline Network 2 will not be able to receive the channel-status “A1” from Dupline Network 1.
Modbus-RTU interface
Modbus-RTU is implemented with the function of a slave. The following Modbus functions are supported: 01,
02, 03, 05, 06 and 16. All 128 Dupline ® Digital, Analink, Counter, and BCD channels are placed as follows:
