CHAPTER 1

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Should be vigilant against risks that may lead to personal danger, serious injury, and 

significant property damage. During work, the surface temperature of the front, left and right 

sides and upper part of the product will rise. The area/surface with the "high temperature 

surface" symbol will become hot during the work.

Please pay attention to avoid burns.

Pay attention to the risks that may cause personal injury or damage to items.

1. This product is for home use only, please do not use it for other purposes.

2. This product is not intended to be used by people (including children) with physical, sensory or 

mental deficiencies or lack of experience and knowledge, unless someone responsible for their 

safety supervises or guides them regarding the use of the appliance. Take good care of children and 

make sure they do not play with this product.

3. After opening the package, please put the plastic bag into the trash bin immediately to prevent 

children from playing with it and causing the danger of breathing.

4. When using it, be sure to remove all packaging materials, otherwise the product will cause fire and 

burns during the work.

5. The input voltage of this product is 220V and the frequency is 50Hz. Before connecting the product 

to the power supply, please check whether it is consistent with the local power supply voltage. Higher 

or lower voltage may damage components or affect the performance of the product. To avoid losses, 

it is recommended to use a voltage regulator.

6. This product is a Class I of electrical appliances. Please make sure that the grounding wire is well 

grounded before use to avoid leakage accidents.

7. This product is for home use only, please do not use it for other purposes.The 10A or above 

grounded socket must be used alone. The plug must be completely inserted into the socket to 

prevent poor contact resulting in overheating of the components and the risk of short circuit or fire.

8. Do not run the product with an external timer or an independent remote control system to prevent 

dangers such as short circuit and spontaneous ignition.

9. It is strictly forbidden to use the product for other purposes than food baking.

10. It is strictly forbidden to use wet hands to insert and pull out the power plug to avoid electric 

shock.

11. Do not operate this product on flammable materials such as carpets, towels, plastics, paper, etc., 

to prevent fire.

12. Do not use this product. Do not use on a table that is unstable, humid, high temperature, smooth, 

to avoid injury and property damage caused by electric shock, fire, or slipping.

13. Please do not use this product in the environment with gas leakage and electric leakage, 

otherwise it may cause fire and electric shock.

14. Do not use this product under or near combustible materials such as curtains, closets, etc., to 

prevent fire.

15. Do not let the product work without being watched to prevent the risk of fire caused by roasted 

food.

16. When using the product, there should be enough space around it, and keep a distance of at least 

10cm from surrounding objects to prevent oil fumes | from contaminating furniture and even causing 

fire hazards.

17. Make sure that the power cord does not come into contact with sharp edges, burrs, other 

protruding sharp objects or hot objects on the surface to prevent electric leakage, causing electric 

shock or fire.

18. It is strictly forbidden to touch the high-temperature surface and inside of the product to avoid 

scalding.

19. This product should not be burned for a long time (without any food ingredients) to prevent 

spontaneous combustion and other injuries and property damage. It is recommended not to use it 

continuously for more than 3 hours.

20. During use, please do not put bagged, canned or bottled items, cotton gauze or flammable 

materials on or cover the product to avoid fire and explosion.

21. It is strictly forbidden to put any flammable materials such as paper and plastic in the Grill plate to 

avoid fire hazard.

22. Do not place explosive items such as glassware, airtight containers, etc. in the Steam Air Fryer to 

heat them to avoid the risk of explosion.

23. Make sure that the food does not touch the heating tube during use; please do not roast 

oversized food, otherwise it may cause smoke and fire.

24. If baking acidic foods with a pH <5 (such as vinegar, lemon juice and other sauces), be sure to 

wrap them in foil.

25. It is strictly forbidden to touch the grill and grill handle during work or before cooling to avoid 

burns.

TIPS: 

• Do not use non-heat resistant containers such as plastic or paper to carry food into the Steam Air 

Fryer.

• Do not use glass or ceramic plates or lids.

• The grilling time can be adjusted according to personal taste.

• During the grilling process, it is recommended that you always check the food to avoid the food 

from burning.

• In order to make grilling and baking effect better, it is recommended to preheat for 5~10 minutes 

before use.

• When the Steam Air Fryer is in working state and for a period of time after the end of the work, the 

temperature of the outer surface and the air outlet may be very high.

• Please do not touch and move it at will to avoid danger. When the Steam Air Fryer is working, make 

sure that the frypot is put in place, so as not to affect the safety of the machine and the effect of food 

baking.

HOW TO USE: 

1. Place cooking pot and ingredients in the unit, then close the hood.

2. Select a program.

The default temperature setting will display. Use the + and - TEM to adjust temperature.

3. Use the + and - TIME to set the cook time, or follow the instruction on page 8 to set a probe 

temperature using TEMP Ace.

4. Press START to begin.

5. When cook time is complete, the unit will beep 3 times. Remove your food and close the hood. If 

you need to add more time to cook your food, simply press the TIME and then + and start to confirm.

USING TEMPERATURE PROBE

1. Plug the temp probe into the socket located on the right side of the control panel, after selecting 

the desired cook feature and temperature. Before setting the probe alert the probe must be plugged 

in. Be sure that the probe's cord is knots-free. (Not applicable with the Dehydrate function).

NOTE: There is no need to set a cook time as the unit turns off the heating element automatically 

and warns you when the probe detects that your food has reached the internal temperature you set.

2. Click the TEMP ACE button and use the + and - to pick desired cook temperature (35°C - 85°C). 

Using the following diagram to help decide the temperature neededfor internal cooking.

NOTE: Toadjustthefunctiontemperature, press the TEMP button again to exit. The unit will return to 

temperature settingfor the function.

NOTE: The Steamer Air Fryer is easy to cook, so these internally recommended Temperature 

settings are dependent on how this unit cooks, and may appear lower than the temperature 

doneness recommended for other appliances. The temperature of the food inside begins to increase 

as it rests. It is known as carry-over cooking and happens when food is left to rest for at least 5 

minutes to be removed off the heat.

3. Place the appropriate accessory in the unit for your selected cooking feature, insert the probe in 

the middle of the thickest part of the largest piece of protein, close (but not touching)the bone. DO 

NOT insert the probe either vertically or at an angle, as it does not provide accurate reading.

TEMP ACE Includes setting an alarm to your desired doneness by using the temperature 

probe, so that you know when the food is cooked. (Temp Probe do not work with Dehydrate 

function).
TEMP SETTING After selected mode, press ‘Temp. setting’ Display and ‘-‘ and ‘+’ will flash. 

Press ‘—‘ and ‘+’ to adjust.

Range: 60-200°C.
TIME SETTING After selected mode, press ‘Time setting’ Display and ‘-‘ and ‘+’ will flash. 

Press ‘—‘ and ‘+’ to adjust. 

Range: 1-90mins.

CRISPING VAPOR FUNCTION

In case need to adjust steaming time (temperature is always at 100 degree celsius for steaming) the 

“Steam” light and time shown on display will blink once Crisping Vapor button is pressed. During 

blinking can press + - to adjust timing of steaming, press “Crisping Vapor” button go to next step.

At any time when "Steam" or “Air Fry/Grill” light is on, can either press “Time” or “Temperature” 

button to adjust time or temperature. Once done press “Start” to start the program (For "Steam" light 

(Figure A)

CHAPTER 5

TROUBLESHOOTING

• The unit is not working.

1. The unit is not yet plugged into socket.

2. The lid is not close properly.

3. The inner pot is not in place.

• The fan is not working.

1. Ensure the unit is plugged into socket. 

2. In any case the motor does not turn, the motor is damaged, or other components are short-cir-

cuited. Send it to the designated repair shop.

• Food is undercooked.

1. Food overloaded.

2. Set temperature is too low/ set time is too short.

• Food is not crispy after air fried.

1. Ensure the ingredients are for deep fried/ air fried (e.g. chicken, potato fries etc.).

• White smoke coming out.

1. It is normal that smoke might come out when the food is too oily.

2. Too many oil grease – please clean the unit after use.

• The display shows "E1". The display shows "E2".

The temperature sensor is short/open circuited. Send it to the designated repair shop.

• The display shows "E3".

The boiler temperature sensor is open circuited. Send it to the designated repair shop.

• The display shows "shut lid". 

The lid is not closed properly. 

• The display shows "POT".

The inner pot is not placed properly.

• The display shows "Plug in".

The temperature probe is not inserted properly.

• The display shows "FILL".

Low water level warning. Please fill the water tank and restore. Then press the selected function 

button to resume cooking.

If the problem cannot be solved, do not disassemble the machine without permission.

Please send to the local after-sales service department for maintenance. For details, please refer to 

the relevant content of "after-sales service" in the manual or call the service hotline for consultation.

4. Open the cover, put food inside the device and close the cover over the cord of the probe. The 

monitor will now show the reading of the temp probe as it cooks the food.

5. When your food inside hits the temperature you set, the device will beep. You can turn off the 

probe at any time by pressing START / STOP for 2 seconds. ALWAYS remove food immediately after 

it reaches the desired internal temperature to avoid overcooking.

6a. Temp probe cooking complete:

Remove protein from the unit, insert the probe and position it on a plate for a minimum of 5 minutes 

to rest. When it is cooking, the protein should carry over to rest. If it hits the temperature of carry-over 

cook on the chart from previous page you're complete with the cooking.

6b. Cooking more food without the Temp probe:

If you use the same feature to cook more food but do not need to use the probe, simply press TEMP 

ACE button and simply press START for 2 seconds to set the probe to "OFF." Then press the TIME 

setting button to set a new cook time. Change the temperature of the function, if applicable. To get 

started click START / STOP. If you use a different function to cook more food, pick that function 

before setting the new time and temperature for cook.

NOTE: You can test the food's internal temperature at any time, even if it does not run a cook 

feature. Only click the Temp button for 2 seconds.

CHAPTER 4

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Before cleaning the Steam Air Fryer, please cut off the power and unplug it, and wait for the product 

to cool down completely. If the wall of the Steam Air Fryer cavity is stained with oil, please wipe it with 

a soft damp cloth soaked in neutral detergent.

• Accessories such as inner pot, grill plate and splatter guard can be taken out and washed in water.

• Never immerse the entire Steam Air Fryer in water or other liquids for cleaning to avoid the risk of 

electric shock or malfunction.

• After cleaning, wait for the product to dry before storing it in a cool, dry place.

26. The product will generate high temperature and steam during work, please do not touch it with 

your hands or bring your face close. Please open the lid slowly to prevent scald, there may be hot 

steam coming out.

27. When pulling out the plug, you must hold the plug and pull it out. Do not pull or twist the power 

cord forcefully to prevent damage to the original power cord and the risk of leakage.

28. Please use heat resistant tools such as gloves to take high temperature objects to prevent burns.

29. After each use, the frypot and grill need to be cleaned to prevent the residual powder and oil 

stains from smoking or catching fire during the next baking.

30. After the product is used, there is residual heat on the surface of the heating element. Please 

cool it before cleaning to prevent burns.

31. When no one is using this product, when cleaning or moving this product, when the product fails, 

please be sure to unplug the power plug to prevent damage caused by electrical leakage or 

accidental startup.

32. If the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid danger, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, 

its maintenance department or similar department professionals.

33. Do not wash or soak this product in water or other liquids, and do not spray oil on it to avoid 

device damage or leakage.

34. If the product fails or is damaged, please stop using it, and it can be sent to our company's 

after-sales service point for repair. Do not repair it by yourself to avoid danger.

35. When discarding this product, please cut off the power cord and return it to a qualified depart-

ment for recycling.

36. This product uses a high-temperature tempered glass display. Do not use corrosive cleaners or 

sharp metal utensils to clean the display. Do not scratch the glass or knock the edges of the glass to 

avoid damage to the glass surface or burst glass.

37. Please be careful that only pure water can be used in this device. Mineral water, tap water and 

ground water are not pure water.

TIPS:

Before using for the first time, please take out the inner pot and grill plate and clean it with detergent.

After cleaning, start preheating for 10 minutes to eliminate the residual odor during packaging or 

transportation.

A small amount of smoke or a slight odor may be emitted at the beginning of use, which is normal. 

Please use the original accessories of this product.
