3.1.3
Display frequency value
Pressing the UP and SET buttons for more than 3 seconds displays the current frequency value sent to the
VCC inverter (Hz). The value is displayed for around 15 seconds, after which the standard temperature display
resumes.
3.1.4 Defrost
The type of defrost is selected by parameter
d0
.
If
d0 = 0/2/4
the controller manages defrosts using a heater or static defrosts by temperature or time.
If
d0 = 1/3
the controller manages hot gas defrosts (for this function, see the standard user manual).
In the latter case, parameter
cdF
defi nes the compressor speed during hot gas defrosts.
Hot gas defrosts can be set as
d0 = 1
-> hot gas defrost by temperature or
d0 = 3
-> hot gas defrost by time.
The AUX relays can be confi gured as relays for heating the defrost water drain by setting
H1,H5,H10 = 14
.
During defrosts, the variable-speed compressor switches to the speed set for
cdF
. The defrost relay is delayed
by the time set for
dH1
. At the end of the defrost, the compressor returns to normal control and the defrost
water drain heating functions remains active for the time set for
dH2
, drain post-dripping. The following
diagram illustrates the hot gas defrost cycle with management of defrost water drain heating.
