Problem 1:
The loaded media is larger than any media size allowed for loading in the
printer.

Problem 1:
The loaded media is skewed.
Solution:
If roll media is in use, open the upper cover, raise the paper release lever,
open the roll media tray, take-up some of the media manually to correct the
skew then try again. (
