Prerequisites for printing in a failover cluster

configuration

Introduction

The next section introduces the prerequisites in order to install a WPD2 printer driver in a failover
cluster. In such a configuration, the client workstation is connected to a print server that is
installed in a failover cluster environment.

Attributes

Before you begin the installation of the printer driver on the print server cluster, you must:
• have the role "Print and Document services" installed on each node
• have a print server cluster configured
