Printing a Received Document in the Correct Page Order
The machine automatically collates your received fax documents in page order.
However, if you set <PRINT IN ORDER> to ‘OFF’, received faxes are printed in
the reverse page order. (See “Printer Settings,” on p. 6-11.)
The illustrations below show the order in which the document is received
depending on if you have enabled the <PRINT IN ORDER> setting.
• If you enable the <PRINT IN ORDER> setting, the machine receives all pages of
the document in memory first, and then prints them out. In this case, reception takes
longer.
• If there is insufficient memory to receive a document, the document will not print in
page order even if <PRINT IN ORDER> is set to ‘ON’.
