Group Dialing

Dial the fax numbers of multiple destinations at the same time.

Entering a Group Registered Under a One-Touch Speed Dialing Key

Press the one-touch speed dialing key assigned to the
group you wish to fax.

For details, see “One-Touch Speed Dialing,” on p. 3-6.

If you press the wrong key, press [Stop/Reset]

press the correct key.

The name of the group is displayed.

<NO TEL #> appears if a fax number is not assigned to the one-touch speed
dialing key you pressed.

Entering a Group Registered Under a Speed Dialing Code

Press [Coded Dial]

enter the two-digit code assigned to

the group you wish to fax using the numeric keys.
