Copies & Pages panel 

 

Copies 

To specify the number of copies, either directly input the number or click the arrow. 

When printing multiple copies, the copies for each page are normally printed together as 

sets of pages with the same number (1, 1, 1 ... 2, 2, 2 ... etc.). 

 

Collated 

If the Collate option is checked on, pages are printed as document sets from the first to 

the last page (1, 2, 3 ... 1, 2, 3 ...). 

 

Pages 

Click All Pages on Mac OS X v10.1 or All on Mac OS X v10.2 or later, and all the 

pages are printed. To specify the printing of particular pages, either directly input page 

numbers or click the arrow.
