Displaying a Print Preview Before Printing 

Before printing, a print preview lets you confirm the results of your settings. 

Note 

Displaying a print preview returns all settings with in the Print dialog box to the default 

settings. 

1 

Open the Print dialog box from the software application.

 

2  Display the Main tab and then click the Preview button. 

A print preview is displayed enabling confirmation. 

3  Click the close button [

] on the top of the left, and the print preview display is 

closed. 

Note 

When you start printing, select Print from the application File menu.
