  On the Page Attribute panel in the Page Setup dialog box, check the Scaling box to 

see if it is set.  

If the Scale box is set, the desired rate of enlargement or reduction can be selected. 

Check the Scaling rate and size of the media. 

 

Enlarging and Reducing a Print Job

 

Color does not print 

  Check the Main panel in the print dialog box and make sure that Monochrome is not 

selected for the Color Mode. 

When Monochrome is selected for the Color Mode, even color images print in 

monochrome. 

 

Color Adjustment

 

 

Adjusting Monochrome Printing

 

  If the software application allows selection of color or monochrome printing, check 

this selection and make sure that Monochrome is not selected.
