  The number of Print Quality selections is determined by the Media Type selection.  

  On the Page Attribute panel in the Page Setup dialog box, confirm that the 

enlargement/reduction has been set properly. 

  On the Main panel of the printer driver, select the Media Type and Media Source 

that matches the name of the loaded media. 

  For more details about storing and handling paper and special media, refer to the 

instructions printed on the media wrapper or printed on a special instruction sheet 

provided with the media package.
