Before Using the Printer

Switching the Printer Off

When you are finished using the printer, follow this procedure to switch the
printer off.

Check the display to make sure that a print job is not in progress.

If you see an error message displayed, follow the procedure to correct the
problem, and make sure the print job has completed. If a print job is in
progress, wait for the print job to complete before switching off the printer.

Hold down the Power button for more than 2 seconds until the Online
lamp starts flashing then release it.

“Please wait …” is displayed for few seconds, then the printer goes off.
