(2) Handling of logic board
As the 4 in 1 connector pin functions on the logic board ass’y can be easily bent, exercise care to avoid
bending the pins when removing or installing the connector on the logic board. If pins are bent, a card
non-recognition failure or a Direct Printing failure may occur.
(3) Removing the purge unit
When removing the purge unit, the carriage shaft must be removed in advance.
The purge unit cannot be removed without first removing the carriage shaft. If the purge unit is removed
forcibly, it may be damaged, or the carriage shaft may be damaged, causing uneven print density in
printouts.
