Follow one of the procedures below to stop sending a document before transmission is completed.

Cancelling memory sending

Press [Stop].

The fax asks you to confirm that you want to
cancel sending.

Press [

] to cancel sending.

• Sending is not cancelled until you press [

• If you change your mind and want to continue

sending, press [#].

• To cancel transmission of a document waiting to be

sent, you will have to delete it from memory.

• The fax prints an ERROR TX REPORT.
