Manual Usage
Machine operators are required to read and understand this manual thoroughly before
operating the machine. Please keep this manual at a place nearby the machine so that
easy referencing can be done. Please contact out sales office or our company if you have
lost this manual.
1. Manual Structure
This manual has been prepared for machine operators who will actually be
operating this machine.
To provide effective understanding on roles of machine operators, manual
referencing areas and machine applications etc., this manual was structured
according to sequence below.
Chapter 1
Operation
This chapter explains screen flow after the machine power supply is switched
ON, all
origin return screen, return/forward button screen flow and exiting
from the operating system etc.
Chapter 2
Auto
Mode
This chapter explains about the machine auto mode and button usage,
production count input screen, fine adjustment screen and
parameter/information viewing screen etc. in auto mode.
Chapter 3
Adjustment Mode
This chapter explains about the machine adjustment mode and button usage,
simple adjustment screen, single operation, manual operation, teaching
screen and parameter screen etc. in adjustment mode.

Type
Mode
This chapter explains about machine setting changing and button usage
when switching over to production type.

Information
Mode
This chapter explains on actual operation results, operator’s information, jigs
and error information screen etc.
