COMPONENT SUPPORT COVER PLATE
BODY
Body Removal
1. Using the tongue as a lifting tool, lift front of
trailer until rear touches ground.
NOTICE
Install foam protection on the floor
to protect lower rear section.
2. Lower the front of trailer on a jack stand. Place
the jack stand to the right of the front frame
bracket.
NOTICE
Ensure to place jack stand under
frame and not under the trailer body.

3. Disconnect tongue harness from chassis har-
ness. Refer to
LIGHTS AND HARNESS subsec-
tion.
4. Open both access panels.
5. Remove inner liner to access anchoring screws
and harness.

6. Remove 4 screws attaching body to bridge sec-
tion.

1. Bridge screws
7. With an assistant, carefully lift rear cover and
bridge section and lay on flat surface where
cover will not be scratched.
