INSTALLATION GUIDELINES
VALIDATION
Before starting installation of the Ski assembly on
the front forks, verify that the components
received will fit on the motorcycle.
• Test assemble front wheel axle in Ski Upright
assembly’s T-Bushings. Make sure it goes in
without restriction or too much play.
NOTE: Contact an authorized Camso dealer if wheel
axle does not go in or is too loose in T-
Bushings.
REAR SYSTEM
To assemble the parts designed to adapt the rear
System to your motorcycle, proceed as follows:
Strut Rod
• Loosen Skin Cover mounting bolts and
remove Skin Cover from Rear System.
• Loosen jam nut (

) locking rod end (

). Screw
the rod end all the way in. See Figure 6.

• Loosen bolt (

) and remove rubber dampers
(

) and aluminium spacer (

) from Strut Rod.

• Re-install the aluminium spacer (
2
) and two of
the rubber dampers (
1
) on lower end (
3
) of Strut
Rod. The dampers’ rubber sides must face
each other. See Figure 8.
CAUTION: Apply a thin coat of grease on lower
end of Strut Rod tubing to help during adjustment
calibration
NOTE: Make sure to assemble the parts according to
the orientation and order indicated.

• As shown in the illustration below, insert Strut
Rod (

) in the hole at the front of the frame,
keeping the rubber dampers and spacer in the
order they were assembled in the preceding
step. See Figure 9.
