- ABRÜSTUNG UND ENTSORGUNG DER BESTANDTEILE
7.1 Allgemeines
Wenn das Gerät nicht mehr für den Betrieb eingesetzt werden kann, soll es abgerüstet werden.
Seine Bestandteile sollen zweckmäßig getrennt werden, damit eine selektive Entsorgung unter Besichtigung der im Nutzungsland
geltenden, rechtlichen Vorschriften ermöglicht wird.
7.2 Auskünfte für die Bediener
Laut Art. 13 der Rechtsverordnung vom 25. Juli, 2005, Nr. 151 “Ausführung der 2002/95/CE, 2002/96/, 2003/108/
CE Vorschriften um die Verwendungsverminderung von gefährlichen Stoffen in elektrischen und elektronischen
Vorrichtungen und um die Entsorgung”.
Das Symbol vom gekreuzten Müllcontainer bedeutet, daß das Produkt am Ende seines Arbeitsleben vom restlichen Müll ge

trennt gesammelt werden soll. Der Bediener soll also einem elektronischen und elektrotechnischen Mülltrennungszentrum die
am Arbeitslebensende angekommene Vorrichtung mit allen ihren wesentlichen Komponenten übergeben, oder er soll sie dem
Wiederverkäufer geben, wenn er ein neues entsprechendes Produkt kauft. Eine richtige Mülltrennung der nicht mehr zu ver

wendenden Vorrichtung zur Abfallverwertung, Behandlung und Entsorgung hilft, mögliche negative Wirkungen über die Umwelt
und Gesundheit zu vermeiden und die die Vorrichtung bildenden Materialien zu verwerten. Die vom Bediener durchgeführte
rechtswidrige Entsorgung des Produktes verursacht die Anwendung der Verwaltungssanktionen in der Rechtsverordnung Nr.
22/1997 (Art. 50 und folgende).
