5 - VERWENDUNG DER KETTENSÄGE
5.10 Störungen, Ursachen, Behebung
ACHTUNG!
Alle Wartungseingriffe sollen von einem Techniker durchgeführt werden.
STÖRUNG
URSACHE
BEHEBUNG
Die Kettensäge funktioniert nicht.
a) Geschlossener Druckregler auf dem
Kompressor.
b) Verstopfter Luftschlauch.
c) ON/OFF Schalter (18) in Position
OFF.
d) Betätigte Kettenträgheitsbremse (28).
e) Unrichtig gespannte Kette (11).
a) Den Druckregler auf 10 bar einstel
-
len.
b) Den Luftschlauch entfernen und kon
-
trollieren, ob die Anschlüsse schmut
-
zig oder verstopft sind.
c) Den Schalter in Position ON einstel
-
len.
d) Die Bremse loslassen, indem man
den Handschutz (8) rückwärts be
-
wegt.
e) Die Kettenspannung (11) durch
die Einstellungsschraube (33) des
Schwertes (10) regulieren.
Die Kette bewegt sich nicht.
a) Ungenügende Schmierung.
Niedriges Ölniveau im Behälter.
a) Den Behälter (26) mit dem Stopfen
(23) einfüllen.
Die Kettensäge ist nicht stark genug.
a) Schmutziger Luftschlauch.
b) Ungenügender Kompressordruck.
c) Ungeschmierter Motor.
a) Den Luftschlauch entfernen und mit
Druckluft reinigen.
b) Kontrollieren, daß der Kompressor
-
druck 10 bar erreicht.
c) Den Ölstand im Kompressorschmie
-
rer kontrollieren.
Luftverlust aus dem Ventil (16) im
Handgriff.
a) Verschlossene Dichtungen des
Ventils (16).
a) Das Ventil vom Handgriff (17) ent
-
fernen und die Dichtungen ersetzen,
auch wenn sie nur leicht verschlossen
sind.

6.1 Gewöhnliche Wartung

Bevor man irgendeinen Wartungseingriff durchführt, soll man den Luftschlauch vom Gerät entfernen.

Alle Wartungseingriffe, die in diesen Bedienungsanleitungen nicht beschrieben werden, sollen bei einer autori

sierten Kundendienststelle durchgeführt werden.
Die gewöhnlichen Wartungseingriffe können vom Bediener durchgeführt werden.
ACHTUNG!
Alle Wartungseingriffe sollen mit aktivierter Kettenbremse durchgeführt werden.
