Filter Change 

 

Filter Change without Service Bag  -  Standard Airflow Top

 Bottom 

 

Precautions : 

Make sure the airflow is shut off ! 

   

 

Wear adapted protective gear !  

 

Step1 : Opening the Door  
 

 

 

 

 

 

The door is held in position by 4 

star-shaped knobs 

 

Unscrew the knobs 

and put them aside 

 

Take the door off, avoid 

scraping on the threaded rods 

 

Step 2 : Extraction of the soiled filter 
 

 

 

Please Note : 

For a standard housing with airflow Top 

➔

 Bottom 

the clamping system is located on the bottom of the filter, 
the filter gasket is located on the top. 
 

Particle Filters with a metal body may reach a weight  
of 20-30 kg, depending of type and size. 
Molecular filtration cells may weigh > 80 kg. 

Anticipate the weight to be lifted !

 

Swing the locking lever 180° 

to the right

 to unlock filter 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pull the filter using the grip 

 

Extract the filter by pulling gently 

supporting the bottom 

 

Take out the filter taking care 

not to touch housing sides
