The parameter defines the operation that the scenario has to carry out in the areas, from
among those specified in
ASSOC. AREAS
DISABLED
The scenario does not alter the on/off status of the areas
Example: scenario disabled or scenario for which you only want to
manage the associated output defined in
ASSOC. OUTPUT
EXACT ON+OFF
The selected areas will be forced to arm and those deselected to
disarm in the exact configuration set
Example: this is the one used most and it is so that Users may set
whether areas are on or off by selecting scenarios independently
from the previous configuration

if disarmed, they are armed
Example: used for combining the act of arming or disarming some
areas in a single scenario; for example a scenario that only arms/

The scenario activates the selected output
