Delete Program
The Delete Program function is used to erase a program from Program Memory. (It does not
affect the program currently in Test Memory.)
A complete Delete Program procedure is provided below. To select and use the Delete Program
function, proceed as follows:
1. Insert Enable jack in the rear panel. (See Figure 2.)
2. Press Up or Down arrow to step through the menu to display Delete Program.
3. Press MENU RUN to initiate the mode, and the display will show the signature for the
last program that was selected with the load or delete function:
Delete Program (signature #)
4. Press Up or Down arrow until the display shows the signature for the program to be
deleted. (Each time the arrow is pressed, the next program signature will display.) A
Bottom of List
message will appear after all programs have been displayed using the
Down arrow. A
Top of List
message will appear after all programs have been displayed
using the Up arrow.
5. If you decide not to delete a program, press RESET.
6. Press MENU RUN to delete the program for the displayed signature, the display will
query:
Are You Sure?
7. Press MENU RUN a second time to delete the program. After the program has been
deleted, the display will show:
Deleted (signature #)
