In this screen you will need to enter the COM port that the Bluetooth
dongle is using to communicate, click the drop down box and select the
correct port (see page 42 if you are not sure). Click next to start
download.

Farmkeeper has now initiated the data download, if Farmkeeper does not
display the Import Pasture Meter Results Screen then please read the
following note.
If the Bluetooth
TM
virtual port does not connect, check the following:
o
The Indicator Console is pluged into your external power source and turned on;
o
The Indicator Console is NOT in the Record mode
o
Your external Bluetooth
TM
dongle is plugged into your computer’s USB port (or internal
laptop Bluetooth
TM
transmitter is turned ON);
o
The Indicator Console is within range (less than 10m away);
o
The indicator console has been paired with this particular PC/Laptop/PDA before
(Refer to Installation and Setup Section for instructions on how to do this.)
