Using Your Pasture Meter
This series of steps assumes that the operator has read and understood the
operator’s chart supplied and familiarised him/herself with the use of this
equipment.
Operating Hints
1. Tyre pressure requirement will vary depending on the terrain. Smooth
terrain would best suit higher pressures.
Note:
Do not exceed
manufacturers maximum pressure as stated on the tyre
. Lower tyre
pressures should be maintained on rougher terrain. If sled bounces
excessively, try lowering the tyre pressures. A starting point would be

PSI
.
2. The black cables have screw on plug covers. These protect the plugs and
keep moisture out when the cable ends are not connected. When cables
are not connected, the caps
MUST
be securely fastened to the plugs.
Failure to do this will result in moisture ingress and deterioration of the
electrical connectors.
