I/O & ID Space Address Map
The address map logic decodes a 1Mbyte space of the I/O region to IP I/O. This space is shared
amongst the 8 IP's.
Each IP has an I/O space consisting of 128 bytes mapped as 64 words. Also each IP has 128 bytes of
ID space, this again is word mapped.
In addition each pair of IP's can be combined to give 32-bit wide accesses, as for memory accesses.
