flat and not folded over. If this is not achievable, contact
your Bagger manufacturer for assistance.
Ribbon wraps around
twister hook shaft.
1. Twister hook shaft is too
close to holder shear.
1. Move hook shaft to proper spacing.
2. Poor bag tail
presentation.
2. Bag tail presentation from the exit of the bagger must be
flat and not folded over. If this is not achievable, contact
your Bagger manufacturer for assistance.

caused by excessive air
jet blowing bag away from
scoops on Mark 50 type
bagger.
1. Reduce strength of air jet.
2. Tyer is too high or too low
from product.
2. Raise or lower tyer as necessary.
3. Poor bag tail
presentation.
3. Bag tail presentation from the exit of the bagger must be
flat and not folded over. If this is not achievable, contact
your Bagger manufacturer for assistance.
Two packages tied

package recognition
system to abort on first
