Help

•

Gently pull open the paper feed cover, taking
care not to detach it from the green clips.

•

Remove any paper jammed inside it.

•

Close the paper feed cover until it clicks
shut, on both sides.

•

Close the document scanner unit and close
the front panel.

Changing the print ribbon

To remove the print ribbon

Remove the handset from it’s cradle before
opening the front panel. This will prevent it
falling off when the panel is opened.

Remove all loose sheets of paper from the paper
holder.

button on the front of the main unit.

When the display shows 

NO RIBBON

faxes can

still be received. They are stored in memory until
the ribbon is replaced when they are automatically
printed out.

Documents will be received until the memory is
full. The memory will hold up to 40 sheets of the
standard Slerexe letter (see page 65). Please note
that the document memory is also used for
broadcasting and polling.

When the print ribbon is exhausted the display
will show
