To delete messages

•

Press the 

DELETE

button whilst a message

is playing or whilst the display shows

DELETE

or 

NEXT

just after the message. The

message is marked for deletion.

•

When all messages have been played back
the display shows: 

FINISHED

and counts

down from 8 to 0. Any messages which have
been marked for deletion are automatically
deleted at the end of the countdown.

•

If you press the 

DELETE

button whilst the

display shows 

FINISHED,

all messages will be

marked for deletion and automatically deleted
at the end of the countdown.

•

If you press the 

STOP

button at anytime

during playback or whilst the display shows

FINISHED

, marked messages will not be

deleted.

When the display shows DELETE OR NEXT
your Image 370 will pause for a few seconds
before playing back the next message. To skip
directly to the beginning of the next message
press the

To change the recording time limit

Your Image 370 has a total recording time of
approximately 15 minutes. To make efficient
use of this time your Image 370 is pre-set to
limit the individual message recording time to
1 minute. This time limit can be changed or
switched off.
