Memos

A personal memo can be recorded using your
Image 370’s handset and left as a message for
another user.

To record a memo

•

Press the

MEMO

button, display shows

LIFT

HANDSET

•

Lift the handset and speak clearly into it to
record your message. The displays shows

RECORDING

and the elapsed recording

time.

•

To stop recording replace the handset.

To play back, skip through or delete memos

Memos are played and deleted in the same way
as incoming messages (see incoming
messages page 21).

Memos can be recorded in any receive mode.

The recording time allowed is the same as that
allowed for an incoming message.

Call screening

This facility (pre-set to

OFF

) allows you to

listen, via the in-built speaker, to messages as
they are being recorded. If during the message
you decide to take the call, lift the handset and
speak to the caller. The answering machine
will automatically stop recording.
