Your Image 370 has the BT Select Services,
Call Return
and
Call Diversion
pre-programmed
into it ’s
ONE TOUCH
memory:
To use Call Return
The Call Return facility, which lets you find out
the number of your last caller, is free.
•
To hear who called you last, lift the handset
or press the
button.
•
Press the
CALL RETURN
button.
•
You will hear an exchange announcement
telling you the telephone number.
•
If the number has been withheld, the
exchange announcement will say:
‘The caller withheld their number’
.
To use Call Diversion
You can programme your Image 370 to divert
incoming calls to another number.

Call Diversion
to divert calls:
•
If they aren’t answered within 15 seconds.
•
If your phone is engaged.
•
If they aren’t answered
or
your phone is
engaged.
When making a call, if you want to withhold your
own number, dial 141 before you dial the phone
number. You will need to do this even if your
number is ex-directory.

Charges
You pay for the second part of the call only (ie
from your number to the number you have
diverted the call to).
If you are diverting a call to a cellular phone,
charging will begin either when the call is
answered, or when the network answers.

If you store
ONE TOUCH
numbers in a Select
Services memory location the Select Services are
automatically overwritten.
Once a
ONE TOUCH
number is deleted Select
Services are automatically restored.
