4. TROUBLESHOOTING
4.1 Error Cause and Remedy
 Error code 0014
When the power switch is turned ON, write a certain value to USB register then read again,
the value is different.

Error code 0019
An error occurred when the serviceman tool was running.
 Error code 0020
Failed to write firmware.

Error code 0023
When the power switch is turned ON, write a certain value to FlashROM then read again, the
value is different.
USB R/W test error.
Step Cause Remedy
1
Main PCB failure Replace the main PCB ASSY.
Learning error.

Connection failure of the USB
cable Check the connection of the USB cable.

Wrong service tool Use the dedicated service tool.

Old or faded test chart Use a new test chart.

Main PCB failure Replace the main PCB ASSY.
Download firmware error.
