Service Call Indications
If there is an error that can not be cleared by the user, the printer will show that a service call
is needed by lighting up all the LEDs as shown in the figure below.

If you see the service call indication on the
left, turn off the power switch, wait a few
seconds, and then turn it back on and try to
print again.
When you press the
Go
button, the LEDs will light up as shown Table 1: LED indications while
pressing
Go
button as follows.

side shows a fixing unit failure.
NOTE:
•
Make sure that the front cover is fully closed before you report a service call.
•
If this error occurs, turn the power switch off, wait a few seconds, and then turn it on again.
Leave the printer for 10 minutes with the power on.
