Disable hysteresis (only positive values selectable)
Two limit values are available for each channel, which are used for the response of the re-
lays. To avoid jittering of the relay, a hysteresis can be preset. The hysteresis gives the
amount which the value must be stepped under or stepped over before the relay returns
to rest position. All values are given in their basic scaling without decimal point.
Example: Limit value pair 2 should give alarm at a measured value <0
or >187.9 with a hysteresis of 1.0.

Note: The second limit value pair is only fetched for limit value monitoring when the
configuration of one relay was set to tolerance range monitoring for this limit value
pair.
