Error Correction
If
Err.0
or
Err.1
are displayed, the instrument should be taken out of service and sent to
the manufacturer.
If
Err.2
is displayed, the data and transmission parameters or interface operating mode
(see section Description of Commands for Interfaces, item Operating Mode) should be
checked.
Recall delivery state
In Service Mode (see section "Determine the Safety Level") the delivery state can be
loaded by entering
Code
+3210 and saved by selecting
SaVe
.
Handling
1. Remove small cap on front screen and or compete front screen to gain access to the
turn/press switch (switch) to perform settings.
2. Use a small insulated screwdriver to carry out settings.
3. Press the switch with the screwdriver to invoke the first menu; turn the switch to run
through the menus (see section Menu Structure).
4. Push to activate currently displayed menu and the first menu item will appear.
5. Turn or press the switch once again to carry out the settings in the individual menu
items.
6. The display flashes, and can be changed by turning.
7. Numeric settings such as limit values are carried out dynamically, i.e. the quicker the turn-
ing the larger the numeric steps.
8. The number input is accepted when the switch is pressed again, thereafter the previouse
activated menu reppears.
9. The settings are stored permanently only after the
SAVE
menu is invoked and the
switch is pressed.
10.If the switch is not actuated within 10 seconds, the menu and the instrument restarts
with a reset if necessary and the old values.
Attention: If the instrument is opened, conducting parts that lie on the electrical po-
tential of the measuring input will be exposed and can be touched.
If the settings are carried out with non-insulated screwdriver, the conducting parts that
lie on the electrical potential of the measuring input can be touched.
Menu Structure
The instrument has several operating modes that are activated with corresponding codes.
Only those menu items are displayed that are enabled for the set safety level.
Note: The delivery state is the service mode.
