5 Adjustments

Setting the Speed of the Main Cylinder Movement

The speed of the lift cylinder movement can be set via two throttle valves which are mounted on the cylinder.
Those valves regulate the speed with which the compressed air escapes the two air containers.
The valves are adjustable by turning the respective throttle screws.

Figure 5p  Setting the speed of the main cylinder movement

  1  Bottom valve main cylinder

  2  Top valve main cylinder

3  Valve key main cylinder upward

4  Valve key main cylinder downward

Remove the cover.
Turn the screw in the bottom valve (1) to set the speed of the downward movement.

Turn the screw in the top valve (2) to set the speed of the upward movement.

Turning clockwise will close the valves.

A wider opening of the bottom valve (1) speeds up the pad moving down.

A wider opening of the top valve (2) accelerates the upward movement.

4.  Check the speed by releasing a movement of the main cylinder. For that purpose press the integrated key (3,

4) on the concerning valve.

Pressing the key (4) the downward movement (bottom valve) is carrying out.

Pressing the key (3) the upward movement (top valve) is carrying out.

5.  If the setting is correct mount the cover.
