• The opening in the protective casing to feed through the lubrication line must be
made by the customer.
• Make sure the length of the lubrication line is suffi cient to offset the height
movements (Pn = 2: + 14 mm; Pn = 3: + 14 mm / – 7 mm).

Making the pneumatic connection to the product
WARNING
High pneumatic pressure!
Risk of serious injury or death.
Switch off the compressed air supply to the relevant system component before
installing, removing or connecting the product to the pneumatic system.
Secure the system against being unintentionally switched on again.
• For the compressed air and operating pressure specifi cations, see page 64.
• Depending on the order parameters (PN), the as-delivered condition of the
pneumatics system is:
– Order parameter PN = 2: The HQ 2/U-H can be moved from the center position
(without pressurization) to the upper position (TFE 1, TFE 2).
– Order parameter PN = 3: The HQ 2/U-H can be moved from the center position
(without pressurization) to the upper or lower position (TFE 3, TFE 4).
